My passion to faithfully respond to that feeling motivated me. The first thing we did was to push the limits of fabric even further. We even redefined the previous ultra-thin standard of 15 denier, adopting a feather-light, more delicate 10 denier ultra-fine thread. Maintaining this thinness while also achieving high water repellency and strength was an extremely difficult task, but we thoroughly reviewed everything from the choice of materials to pursue the ideal lightness.

Eliminating the concern that "light umbrellas break easily in the wind" is a testament to our sincerity in manufacturing. Therefore, we changed the shape of the shaft (center rod) from the standard round to an octagonal shape that is more resistant to external impacts, dramatically increasing structural strength. Furthermore, we used carbon fiber, the same material used in aircraft, for the frame. As a result, we achieved a weight of just 67g, lighter than a single rice ball sold at convenience stores, yet strong enough to withstand winds of 15m/s.
