If your country/region is not on the shipping destination list

Even if your country or region is not selectable (or shown as undeliverable) on the checkout screen, please do not give up and contact us.

If you contact us, we will individually check the latest EMS delivery status. Even if EMS is suspended, we will consider whether we can deliver by another shipping method (such as other international courier services) and will accommodate you as much as possible.
