"Automatic opening and closing umbrellas are convenient, but they're heavy and a pain to carry around." We've always felt this way. You want to keep one in your bag in case of a sudden rain shower, but before you know it, the weight becomes too much and you end up leaving it on your desk or in the entryway. Up until now, automatic opening and closing umbrellas have been heavy, weighing around 300g on average, and have not been able to achieve true portability. We wanted to create an umbrella that would solve this dilemma between convenience and weight and bring freedom to your daily life.
Following the success of the "lightest in the world" class, we move into a realm that was once thought impossible
After successfully developing the incredibly light " Pentagon Series ," our passion shifted to reducing the weight of automatic umbrellas, which have a more complex structure. However, reducing the weight of an automatic umbrella is no easy task. We had to make the shaft (center rod), the heart of the umbrella, as thin as possible and completely redesign the spring that runs through it. By optimizing the spring force to match the slimmer shaft, we not only achieved a lighter umbrella, but also achieved a "light and comfortable" feel that makes it easy for women and children to operate.
"God is in the details" - Innovation shaved down to the last 0.1mm
This precise balance is only possible with our meticulously crafted, ultra-thin 15-denier fabric. If the fabric were heavier, the balance with the thin shaft would be lost and durability would be compromised. We used a generous amount of strong carbon fiber, the same type used in aircraft, for the ribs, and pursued a structure that can withstand winds of up to 15 m/s. Furthermore, our attention to detail, such as miniaturizing the handle by millimeters, has resulted in the world's lightest weight of 164 g, the same weight as a smartphone.

We have sincerely addressed the complaint that "light umbrellas break easily." It has passed a durability test of 500 times, ensuring reliability and long-lasting use. If we had ignored quality and ease of use and pursued only numerical specifications, we might have been able to create something even lighter. However, our pride would not allow us to compromise on the product's perfection as a tool.
