The true nature of glare. The "science of light" that goes beyond 100% light blocking.

Have you ever felt that your eyes get tired even though you're using a parasol? Even though it's supposed to block UV rays and create shade, you still feel a piercing glare in your field of vision.
Its true identity is in the "visible light" that we perceive as "light."
When choosing a parasol, UV protection and shading rates have become standard specifications. However, if you are looking for the ultimate in parasol perfection, the next thing to look for is "100% visible light blocking."
This is a new standard for a new era that not only prevents sunburn but also dramatically changes our "visual stress" and "perceived temperature."
Controlling wavelengths to block heat and be gentle on the eyes
Approximately half of the energy that reaches us from the sun and that we perceive as heat is contained in visible light. In other words, completely blocking visible light directly leads to improved heat-blocking performance.
The 100% light-blocking fabric provides a peaceful view, like being in the shade of a deep forest. You will notice a surprising reduction in fatigue when outdoors, as the tension in your eye muscles caused by glare is relieved.
The important thing here is the "inner color" of the umbrella. Even if the outside reflects light, it is meaningless if the glare from the ground is diffused inside the umbrella.
By making the inside a dark color such as black, it absorbs the reflected light and minimizes strain on the eyes. This is the correct answer for a "tool" derived from an optical perspective.
"Honest Measurement" Behind the Specifications
To prove this performance, we place importance on an indicator called "visible light blocking rate."
While a typical shading rate measures the "amount of brightness," this rate uses a spectrophotometer to precisely measure each component (wavelength) of light, like a rainbow.
However, we deliberately refrain from using the term "complete light blocking" because no matter how high-quality the fabric, there is always a chance that a small amount of light may leak through the perforations and embroidery that are made into the umbrella.
While pursuing 100% fabric performance, we also honestly communicate the limitations of the product. We believe this is the pride we take as a specialized manufacturer.
Beyond the numbers lies a quiet and cool view. With a pair of glasses that even control visible light, try walking through the summer in unprecedented comfort.
