By subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive the following comprehensive warranty services (Refund, Quality, Disaster, Negligence) from the date of purchase.
<About Newsletter Registration> To manage your purchase history and warranty period on our system and provide smooth support, we ask you to register your email address (newsletter registration). Your email address will serve as your "warranty card."

How to Register: You can register at the bottom of the page or on the address registration screen when you purchase a product.

Frequency: Newsletters are distributed infrequently, approximately 6 times a year.

Note: Please register using the same email address you used for your purchase. Registration is essential for the warranty service to apply due to system integration.

1. Refund Guarantee (30-Day Returns)
Products purchased from AMVEL UMBRELLA STORE can be returned and refunded for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions: Limited to customers who purchased from the official AMVEL UMBRELLA STORE online store.

Frequency: Once per customer.

Condition: Even if tags have been removed due to trying on, or if the item has been used, we will accept it as long as the product is in your possession.

Shipping Fee: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exclusions: Loss or disposal of the product.

2. Quality Guarantee
If a product quality issue arises under normal use within one year of purchase, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

If exchange for the same product or repair is not possible, we will exchange it for an equivalent product.

Exclusions: Loss of the product.
3. Disaster Guarantee
If your umbrella is lost or damaged due to a disaster, accident, or theft, we will repair or replace it free of charge for one year from the date of purchase, provided you can provide proof of the incident (certificate from the police or a public institution).

If the same product is not in stock, we will exchange it for an equivalent product.

Refunds are not possible.
4. Negligence Guarantee
If you break your umbrella due to your own negligence within one year of purchase, you can repurchase the same product at 50% off the regular price.

Condition: Please present the damaged product (including confirmation via photos, etc.).

Examples of Negligence: Getting the umbrella caught in a door, dropping the umbrella due to slippery hands, etc.

Resolution: If the same product is not in stock, you can purchase an equivalent product at 50% off.

Frequency: Once per customer.

Exclusions: Loss of the product.
※ Customers whose shipping address or current residence is outside Japan are not covered by the warranty.

Repairs Outside the Above Guarantees
For products manufactured and sold by AMVEL UMBRELLA STORE, we generally accept repairs even if they are outside the warranty period or not covered by the warranty.
【Repair Conditions】

We do not accept repairs for products from other companies as parts may not be compatible.
【About Shipping Costs】
The shipping cost for sending a repair item varies depending on the cause of the defect.

In case of initial defects or natural breakdown: For defects or initial defects within the quality guarantee period (within 1 year), please send it at our expense (cash on delivery).

In case of damage due to customer's negligence: Repairs for damage due to incorrect use or carelessness (such as dropping or damage due to strong winds) will be at the customer's expense (prepaid), even within the warranty period.
Return shipping from us to the customer after repair: Our expense (prepaid)
【Important Notes Regarding Repairs】

If suitable parts are not available, we may not be able to accept the repair.

If genuine parts are not available, substitute parts may be used.

Repairing tears or holes in the fabric is structurally impossible.

Automatic opening/closing (one-touch opening/closing folding umbrellas) may not be repairable due to their complex structure.

Special repairs will require separate consultation.

【Payment Methods for Repair Fees】
We will send an invoice by email from within the shop, so please choose from the payment methods available in the shop.
【Repair Period】
It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the product arrives. ※ Particularly during busy seasons from March to July or immediately after typhoons, the repair period may be longer than usual.
