HEATBLOCK KALCT was created to overturn the common belief that long umbrellas are heavy and bulky. It offers 100% sun and heat protection, yet is an ultra-lightweight, 58cm long, eight-rib umbrella weighing just 250g.

Overwhelming 100% light and heat blocking: The umbrella uses "HEATBLOCK," a next-generation light-blocking fabric that blocks 100% of UV rays, 100% of visible light, and 99.8% of near-infrared rays. By physically blocking out strong sunlight, the area under the umbrella feels as cool as being in the shade of a tree.

2. Aircraft-grade carbon fiber frame achieves a light weight of approximately 250g. The center rod, ribs, and support ribs are all made of carbon fiber, a lightweight, durable, high-tech material also used in aircraft. The frame weighs an astonishing 250g while maintaining the stability of eight ribs.

3. A sturdy structure that uses "wind-resistant dowels" that are resistant to breakage even when turned inside out. The joints (dowels) between the ribs and support ribs are made with a unique one-piece resin molding structure that does not use metal rivets. This "wind-resistant dowel" increases flexibility, effectively reducing the stress when the umbrella is turned inside out by strong winds, reducing the risk of breakage.

We paid particular attention to the size so that it does not take up much space on the train or when traveling, and can be carried smartly even in crowded places.

Overcoming the barrier of "weight" and eliminating the stress of carrying it around
When it comes to parasols, long umbrellas offer a great sense of security. However, there is an unavoidable problem with high-performance long umbrellas. The more you seek high light-blocking performance, the thicker the fabric becomes, which results in a contradictory problem: the umbrella becomes heavy and difficult to carry.
"I want to block the sun, but carrying it around all day is tiring." In response to such earnest user demands, we began development of the "world's lightest" long umbrella, boasting 100% shading while maintaining the security of a 58cm main rib and eight ribs.
30 denier and aluminum shaft, carefully calculated center of gravity balance
The most important thing in the development was the optimal combination of fabric and parts. Our ultra-light umbrellas use an extremely thin 15 denier fabric, but the HEATBLOCK , which is bonded with a light-blocking film, requires a certain thickness of fabric due to the characteristics of the processing.
That's why we chose a lightweight 30 denier fabric. Although it is heavier than umbrellas, it is surprisingly lighter than a regular blackout umbrella. Furthermore, to balance the fabric, we deliberately used aluminum for the shaft. By using aluminum instead of the carbon shaft used in umbrellas, we were able to stabilize the center of gravity that supports the blackout fabric, achieving a high level of both lightweightness and operability for the entire product.
100% shading performance and structural design that can withstand strong winds
The completed " HEATBLOCL KALCT " weighs approximately 250g. It blocks 99.8% of near-infrared rays in addition to ultraviolet and visible light. Thermography tests demonstrated its outstanding heat-blocking performance, with a 4.5°C temperature difference at the top of the head compared to a regular umbrella.
In terms of strength, the ribs are made of carbon fiber, and the joints of the ribs are made of a unique, one-piece molded resin structure. This gives the tent flexibility to withstand winds of up to 15 m/s. The tent is also designed with attention to detail, including a silicone washer to prevent rain from leaking in from the top, ensuring reliability in both sunny and rainy weather.
